0.4.3 Flying, Fixes and UI

So after a VERY long break (with covid and university being the major culprit... oh and tons of procrastination) I bring you another update to Despillar!
Changelog:
- Fixed:
- Build mode keys now correctly rotate structures.
- Added:
- Fly mode, accessed with H
- Template mode, accessed with P, currently has no purpose other than messing around
- UI panel for template mode and build mode, text shows controls, object info currently missing.
- Targeting reticle
- Changed:
- Objects spawned by player are now fixed to the camera, so even in flymode they should stay relative to player view.
- Known Issues:
- Moving the player in fly mode makes the camera move relative to your body
- The template cube in template mode has a collider (which means it is a configurable wrecking cube!)
- Switching between template mode, fly mode and build mode, can cause unexpected movement behaviour, it can be fixed by going in and out of fly mode... I think.
Only windows version available currently due to internet troubles, will upload the rest later!
